Some of the most important work in government happens at the intersection of human vulnerability and human strength and McColm brings expertise to this critical space. This work demands more than technical expertise, it requires trauma-informed approaches, responsive back office systems, cultural sensitivity, and the wisdom to know that human presence matters more than any process or technology. We are honored to support those who do this work.

McColm supports anti-trafficking programs that center survivor needs and build capacity of policy makers and responders. We support the spiritual readiness of our Armed Forces through chaplaincy professional development programs that keep the force ready and whole. In both areas, we bring the same conviction: that skilled, compassionate professionals are irreplaceable.
