Select Projects and Results
- Conduct a programmatic assessment of a partnership program in South Central Asia for the U.S. Department of State to identify and determine public diplomacy outcomes.
- Design, deliver, and administratively manage a portfolio of Area Studies courses for the Foreign Service Institute at the U.S. Department of State. McCO successfully led a rapid transition to remote course delivery due to COVID-19, taking the entire course portfolio online for the first time in State Department history.
- Design, deliver, and administratively managed the State Department's mandatory Afghanistan and Iraq Familiarization courses providing mission critical pre-deployment training to USG personnel serving at Embassy Kabul and Embassy Baghdad.
- Designed and delivered a national security strategic analysis exercise for the Foreign Service Institute at the U.S. Department of State to train interagency leaders to craft robust policy responses to long term (15‑30 year) challenges to U.S. national security.
